THE BRIEF
Our client required a development that would make the most of the site while complementing the surrounding area.
THE DESIGN INTENT
To capture the rich design and textural qualities of Centennial Park, especially from the Lang Road precinct, while utilising contemporary design.
THE RESULT
We demolished the original house, and designed four three-storey townhouses that provide a very high level of living quality in the heart of Sydney’s Centennial Parklands precinct.
Each townhouse features an internal courtyard, a home office, parents’ retreat, and a double garage.
Living comfort is enhanced by a central lightwell that provides natural light and ventilation to surrounding rooms.
The entire development is capped with a beautiful zinc fish-scale roof.
